Job Description
Ongoing need for CRNAs in Miami Florida.
- Variety of Cases including: General Surgery ENT Neuro Vascular GU Gyn OB Ortho Thoracic Plastics Peds.
- Majority Case Type: General Neuro GU
- Required Procedures: Spinals Epidurals
- Shift Description: MondayFriday 8hour shifts 7am3:30pm; 5 shifts per week
Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month (12hour shifts 7am7pm)

Requirements
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- ACLS
- BLS
- NBCRNA
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Florida
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- No providers who have worked at facility in the past 24 months
- No providers within 75 miles of site
- Spinal and Epidural proficiency required
- Requirement for 2 weekend Shifts per Month
ACLS, BLS, PALS
