Practice Setting: Outpatient Hospital department Free standing Cancer Center Inpatient consults
Reason for Coverage: Regular Providers are out
Dates of Coverage: 3/24/25 3/28/25
Call Schedule: N/A
Call Ratio: N/A
Number of Physicians in Practice: 1.5 radiation oncologists
No Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage.
Average Number of Patients Per Day OUTPATIENT: 40
Average Number of Patients Per Day INPATIENT: 0
Trauma Level/Designation(Hospital): N/A
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Hospital Based Office/Clinic
Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq and Epic
Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy 3D Radiotherapy External Beam Radiation 3DCRT External Beam RadiationIGRT External Beam Radiation IMRT Photon Beam Radiation Therapy Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Required Duties: Orders Images Prescribes
Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90120 days
