Admissions Required: Yes

Required Procedures:

External Beam Therapy (EBRT)Linear Accelerator: Rapid Arc/VMAT & Electrons

Conventional/Conformal Therapy Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT) Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT) Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS): all types.

Conventional treatment planning Beam shaping (MLC) 3D CRT IMRT & PET CT or MRI Image Fusion.

Beds in Dept: 12

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Other Info: Some travel required between Ada and Ardmore distance is approx. 60 miles.

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active OK License or IMLC

BC/BE
