Job Description

Job Summary:SENCE Ltd is a leading provider of innovative HR solutions and agricultural consulting services. We are committed to enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our clients by offering tailored solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys client base in both HR and agricultural sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality PA diploma or certification is a plus
