About the Role:
Snazzy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Founders Office. This role is ideal for freshers passionate about learning the intricacies of building and scaling a profitable business. As the Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in monitoring daily KPIs assisting with hiring and onboarding Field Dental Sales teams across 40 cities and supporting the Founder in scaling operations into new territories.
Key Responsibilities:

• KPI Monitoring: Track and report daily productivity metrics for various teams ensuring goals are met and identifying areas for improvement.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the hiring process for Field Dental Sales teams including opening new territories and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Team Culture & Management: Foster a strong culture within the sales teams motivating them to perform at their best and ensuring they remain focused and driven.
• Founder Support: Act as the right hand to our CoFounder providing support in daily operations and strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business.
