Conduct fullcycle recruitment for various positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including performance management employee relations and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of all HR information
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes
Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate employee training and development programs
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports metrics and analytics
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies
Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment and employee relations
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus
