Our client who provides marketing and branded merchandise solutions requires a Sales Associate to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be primarily responsible in contacting new and existing customers to enhance the company s services/products and generate sales.
Responsibilities- Develop and qualify leads by cold calling small and mediumsized businesses to introduce and promote the company s product offerings.
- Develop manage and maintain strong sales pipelines
- Drive business growth and sales strategies that are in alignment with the company s established KPIs
- Research the market to identify new business opportunities
- Independently generate new trends and referrals through daytoday business activities
- Actively gain an understanding of potential customers needs in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- Must have at least a degree in Communication Marketing Business Administration or in any related field
- Must have at least two (2) years work experience post national service
- Must have had experience working as a telesales representative sales/customer service marketing or similar roles
- Possess strong work ethics with good interpersonal skills
- Must have a sense of urgency whilst handling a large workload prioritizing and managing time effectively
- Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft 365 Office suite
