We are an EdTech company specialized in comprehensive training to our clients. As a Corporate Sales Associate you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with corporate clients identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients understanding their requirements and providing solutions to enhance their hiring processes.
Identify potential clients and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their training needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients highlighting the benefits and features of our training services.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the training industry staying ahead of the competition.
Identify new sources of prospects prepare action plans and schedules for expansion into other industries.
Collaborate with the Marketing Growth and Training team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Manage the commercial agreements between the company and its clients.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote the company brand.
Prepare monthly sales reports and recommendations to management.
Meet monthly KPIs by leveraging on CRM software to track sales activities provide a level of followup and service unique to the industry.
Work hand in hand with the team lead to Develop and utilize key performance metrics to impact a teams performance.
Prospect and conduct facetoface sales calls with business executives / Potential clients.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients; maintain ongoing communication and facilitate solutions to address concerns.
Come up with unique ideas to help maximise sales and build upon the existing
strategies that have provided great results in the past.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ProficiencyinCRMsoftware.
Excellentandstrongnegotiatingskills.
Salary: 170k gross monthly
Commission: 8% on successful deal
