Position: Trust & Safety Investigator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Weekly shifts (8 hours with breaks) covering Monday to Sunday 24/7

What Youll Do:
- Investigate and Resolve: Assess escalated cases for policy violations safety concerns and respond to inquiries via phone helpdesk and live chat.
- Customer Focused: Provide topnotch customer service addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency including critical safety cases.
- Proactive ProblemSolving: Make informed decisions based on analysis ensuring all resolutions align with company policies.
- Confidentiality: Handle customer information with the utmost care and comply with corporate confidentiality policies.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: C1C2 in Croatian/Serbian and B2 in English both spoken and written.
- Team Player: Thrive in a dynamic teamfocused environment with a structured approach.
- Decision Maker: Ability to make sound decisions based on established guidelines.
