Skills Required: Minimum 47 years experience as a buyer within the IT Procurement sourcing function with strong strategic and tactical procurement skills and the ability to lead and deliver value. Understanding of contract clauses with ability to Negotiate and able to take strategic initiatives from design to implementation Thorough understanding of Source to Pay process lifecycle including capabilities in conducting tactical and strategic sourcing activities Effective relationship management skills & ability to influence decision making with senior stakeholders within a matrixed environment Good knowledge around corporate regulation and legislation implications
