Job Description
Job Title:HR executive
Location: Pune or Mumbai
Job Type:Fulltime
About Leapswitch Networks:Leapswitch Networks is a leading provider of Cloud and Dedicated server solutions in India Europe and the USA. We specialize in delivering toptier cloud hosting services and manage 15000 customers across 110 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to theHR managerfor approval
- Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
- Managing HR activities like meetings interviews and other schedules
- Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
- Assessing the training needs and coordinating thetraining and developmentprograms for employees
- Managing the employees data of each department
- Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Requirements:
- Proven 2 years of experience as an HR executive.
- Peopleoriented and resultsdriven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
