Position Overview:
As the Business Development Executive for Dautom India your mission is to drive the companys expansion by establishing and growing its IT staff augmentation and permanent placement business in the Indian market. T. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with major managed service providers and direct clients. Additionally account management and service delivery involvement are vital aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in the IT staffing and recruitment industry with a successful track record in business development and market expansion.
Strong network and established relationships with major managed service providers direct clients and industry influencers.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven capability to understand client needs and deliver customized staffing solutions.
Strong analytical skills for market research and analysis.
Preferably a Female candidate.
Bachelors degree in business HR or a related field (MBA preferred)
