Job Description
Position: Junior Campaign Specialist (German)
Location: Barcelona Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary & incentives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act a reliable consultant with partners to onboard and help develop successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns
- Identify and assess accurately our partners needs and goals
- Create opportunities for maximising spend upsell & sustainability
- Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone call Manage and engage proactively by phone our large portfolio of prospective partners on a daytoday basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Holder of a Bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters degree in the field of Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications will be considered as a strong advantage)
- 1 2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising
- Willingness to go above and beyond in terms of productivity readiness sustainability task points compliance & customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Excellent communication presentation and persuasion skills to pitch through the phone and deliver compelling proposals
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to plan out efficiently and independently your day
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong Clientfocused orientation with a genuine interest in customer interaction and a sense of ownership in achieving business goals
- Capacity to be a team player as well as work independently
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and everchanging in fastpaced environment.

- 23.87619 gross/year 3.408 gross/year in bonus
- In Spain: Option A. Flight/Train 1 month of accommodation/ Option B. Flight/Train 600 net financial support (reflected in your 2nd payslip) Out of Spain: company will book flights/train tickets: flight/train ticket a maximum of 200 with 1 piece of luggage up to 20kg OR if candidate book him/herself: company will reimburse up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest flight available on the same date up to the limit of 200. If travelling with own car: company will reimburse 50% of the amount corresponding to the cheapest flight available on the same date up to the limit of 200. Taxi from airport to accommation: reimbursed Accommodation: Company will provide a studio room in Barcelona for the employee.
