Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying potential clients developing effective sales strategies and fostering longterm client relationships. Your contribution will directly impact the success and expansion of our agency.

Requirements

  • Identify and Engage: Seek out potential clients understand their needs and introduce our comprehensive range of marketing services.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving business growth targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends to spot new opportunities for business growth.
  • Pitches and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Networking: Actively participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer Sales Executive or a relevant role within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to attend networking events and industry conferences outside of standard working hours.
