You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.Manage employee development and training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Manage the performance appraisal process to ensure fair and objective evaluations.Oversee the compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs and processes. Professional certification in HR (e.g. PHR, SPHR) preferred.Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in the (industry) industry preferred.Fluency in (language) required, additional languages are a plus.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
