EQUIP is excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This role is designed for someone looking to gain valuable professional experience in customer service and support in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist in managing and responding to customer inquiries via email phone or social
media.
Support the customer service team in their daily tasks possibly on weekends and
evenings.
Learn and use our customer service software and tools.
Participate in customer service training programs.
Help in preparing reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
Collaborate with team members on special customer service projects.
Provide general support to the customer service team and other teams.
Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Regularly monitor data and dashboards to oversee operational stations identify
potential issues and propose solutions.
Analyze performance data to understand trends and suggest areas for improvement
in customer service and operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration communications or a related field.
Strong interest in developing customer service skills related to the sports area.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Basic proficiency in English and French with additional languages being a plus.

Familiarity with basic computer operations and software.
Enthusiastic reliable and a team player.
Interest and ability to understand and analyze data related to customer service and
station operations.
