Job Description
Cantina is a Gault Millau POP awarded Peruvian restaurant offering dinner as well as hearty weekend brunch in a warm atmosphere. It is centrally located in the heart of Kreis 4 of Zurich.
We strive to offer a stimulating creative and fun atmosphere while working hard with attention to detail and with passion. Experience is important but so is drive and eagerness to learn. Tasks
- Caring for and giving professional yet friendly service to guests
- Advise guests in their food and drink selection
- Preparation of dining room and ensuring HACCP processes
- Maintaining own service station and managing reservations
- Operate daily closing and inventories
- Actively participate in meetings and report to management
Requirements
- Training and/or work experience in the gastronomy industry
- Positive mindset and a cando attitude
- Flexible guest oriented and organized
- A team player who can communicate and work well in hectic situations
- Wine and spirits knowledge
