Job Description
Urs Leimer Immobilien AG a leading Swiss real estate management firm seeks an Online Support / Customer Service Assistant. This role supports our clients with highquality service in a flexible remote setting available within Switzerland.
Location: Lugano Switzerland (Remote)

Tasks
- Respond to client inquiries via email and chat.
- Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Update client profiles and service records.
- Provide detailed service information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Document client feedback and escalate issues.
- Assist in generating weekly service reports.
- Maintain accuracy in client communications.
Requirements
- Residing in Switzerland.
- Proficient in English communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
