Join Urs Leimer Immobilien AG a trusted Swiss real estate management company. We are hiring an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant to ensure excellent client service and support. This role requires strong English skills flexible working hours and is remote within Switzerland only.

Tasks
- Answer client inquiries via email and chat.
- Schedule appointments and send reminders.
- Update and manage client data in CRM.
- Provide service information to clients.
- Coordinate with other departments for solutions.
- Process client feedback and document issues.
- Assist in preparing servicerelated reports.
Requirements
- Residing in Switzerland.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
