- You do the scheduling lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
You make sure that our guests are not only full but also happy and satisfied
You take responsibility for your budget and ensure correct billing and clean administrative procedures
You are a competent and openminded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner
You stand by your colleagues with an infectious smile when once again all guests storm the restaurant at the same time and want to order. You also keep your head above water in case of spontaneous changes of plans
