Job Description
Join Urs Leimer Immobilien AG a leading Swiss real estate management company. Were looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our clients and ensure smooth communication. This position requires basic English with flexible hours and a remote setup available within Switzerland.
Location: Zurich Switzerland (Remote)

Tasks
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Manage client appointments and followups.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requests.
- Assist with routine client service reports.
Requirements
