Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify generate and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Market Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with uptodate information and insights.
- Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.
- Marketing & Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties including online and offline campaigns.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Proven 2 3 years of experience in property sales or a similar role.
- Diploma or degree in real estate sales & marketing business administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, distribution, and managing social media in the real estate industry. Strong PR and communication skills with the ability to interact with media professionals. Proficient in basic design tools for creating visual content. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
