Service Manager German Speaking

• Coordinate project testing with other pertinent parties or departments;
  
• Acquire sufficient project requirements and impart knowledge to relevant parties through training;
  
• Monitor the project daily and make necessary adjustments or improvements;
  
• Maintain close contact with customers to understand and satisfy their needs thereby maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
  
• Provide related departments with accurate and timely information.
  
• Control the account portfolio (quality productivity) to meet predetermined targets by closely monitoring the projects.
  
• Constantly brainstorm ways to improve each project cutting down on processing time and increasing cost efficiency.
  
• Other duties that the line manager assigns
  

Requirements

• University degree
  
• Good in German (B1/B2) and English is a plus.
  
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related position
  
• MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
