Our client is an innovative corporation specializing in using technology to accelerate corporate change who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Coordinate project testing with other pertinent parties or departments;
- Acquire sufficient project requirements and impart knowledge to relevant parties through training;
- Monitor the project daily and make necessary adjustments or improvements;
- Maintain close contact with customers to understand and satisfy their needs thereby maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
- Provide related departments with accurate and timely information.
- Control the account portfolio (quality productivity) to meet predetermined targets by closely monitoring the projects.
- Constantly brainstorm ways to improve each project cutting down on processing time and increasing cost efficiency.
- Other duties that the line manager assigns
Requirements
- University degree
- Good in German (B1/B2) and English is a plus.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related position
- MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
