Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to work at a reputable company in the automotive sector!

The role involves developing solutions that align with business requirements and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Services Required:

• Develop and present solutions that meet business requirements effectively and
• efficiently.
• Validate solutions to ensure they align with client business requirements.
• Cooperate with business units to identify and implement business requirements.
• Professional interaction with development teams and other stakeholders.
• Moderate larger events (e.g. project meetings requirements workshops) and conduct presentations.
• Document and present findings and recommendations.
• Conduct research and prepare structured and target grouporiented presentations.

Technical Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis including technical data and processmodeling with UML 2.0 and EPK.
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in knowledge of timetable and timetable planning including data flows between systems and output of timetable data for transport companies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stakeholder management in complex IT environments with multiple applications and stakeholders.
• Experience in industry standards and crosscompany cooperation within the transport industry.
• Knowledge of VDV documents and their application in public transport and rail is preferred.
• Business fluency in German with a language certificate B2 or better.

Desirable Skills:

• 2.5 years of experience in requirements management including analysis in complex IT environments and preparation of requirements documentation.
• 4 years of experience in creating and presenting structured and target grouporiented presentations to diverse audiences.
• Completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
