Music TikTok YouTube playlists what does the future of the music industry look like With us youll be up close and personal! As a young and dynamically growing company in the music industry founded in 2019 we at BEFORE EIGHT are looking for committed employees for our marketing agency and our record labels. Together we work on ideas and concepts for music streaming and social media to successfully market artists and their music and to organically grow the artists fanbase. As an employee you will be an integral and valued part of our young team and will have the opportunity to take on tasks and projects on your own responsibility and gain extensive practical experience.
Tasks
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies for our music labels and artists
- Planning and implementation of socialmedia and playlistpitchingcampaigns to increase reach
- Analysing market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities
- Coordination of PR activities and collaboration with media partners
- Creating and maintaining marketing materials such as press releases newsletters and adverts
- Maintaining our network and building contacts with partners in the industry
This job can be done remotely or onsite. Regular office presence every few weeks or months is expected.
Requirements
What you should bring with you:
- Experience in music marketing and promotion ideally in an agency or label
- Creative skills and an eye for detail to develop innovative campaigns
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact effectively with artists and partners
- Proficiency with social media and digital marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
