Job Description
ESS Education in Dresden is looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant (f/m/x). This role offers flexible hours with both fulltime and parttime options available. Only applicants currently residing in Germany will be considered.
Tasks
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide accurate information and support.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Update customer records and databases.
- Assist with order management.
- Support the team with administrative duties.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Proficient in CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask in a remote setting.
- Fluent in English OR German.
