As a Customer Service Associate at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests from the comfort of your own home in Doha. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and providing information about hotel amenities.
3. Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for delivering excellent customer service.
5. Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
6. Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult situations and find resolutions that satisfy both the guest and the company.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
