We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. In this role you will provide exceptional support to customers for a cuttingedge project that is revolutionizing the industry. You will be the first point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support in German and English.
- Provide comprehensive product information and address customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
- Contribute to the success of a highprofile project.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German and excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer usage and relevant software applications.
