Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(3 shifts available: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Working Model: Hybrid (requires minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience Cold Calling and Upselling)
Base Gross Salary: 1760 EUR x 14 (Annual salary: 24640 EUR)
Performance Bonus: Up to 20% paid quarterly

Role Responsibilities:
- Customer Success Management:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling our products and services
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand customer base
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to create new opportunities
- Problem Solving and Solution Implementation:
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on account status sales targets and activities
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and data effectively
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience in cold calling and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field is a plus
