This is a fulltime hybrid role for Business Development Taiwan & Hongkong. The role will involve promoting and selling ELSAs B2B offering and services in Taiwan & Hong Kong. The Business Development will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for conducting market research identifying and generating new business leads negotiating and closing deals and meeting sales targets.

Functions
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends competitor landscape and potential opportunities in the education technology sector in TW & HK.
- Formulate shortterm and longterm goals outlining specific milestones and success metrics.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local educational institutions government bodies and key stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities with potential B2B clients (companies schools english center) in TW & HK through traditional approaches (such as cold/warm calls and emails networking) and creative marketing campaigns (in collaboration with marketing team) to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product team and customer support team to deliver customized product solutions and satisfactory services.
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales account management or business development preferably in a similar industry
- Proven experience in business development sales or marketing with a focus on the EdTech sector.
- Able to develop and execute sales strategies with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to identify and generate new business leads negotiate deals and close salesExperience in developing and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan & Hong Kong education landscape.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English (Vietnamese is a plus)
