Marketing Specialist

Tasks

1. Email Campaign weekly reporting: Ensure accurate lead marking and data reporting using Lemlist and Google Sheets.

2. Data Management:** Export enrich and manage contact lists from various platforms ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in Google Sheets.

3. Technical Setup: Configure domain and email settings including SPF DKIM and DMARC in GoDaddy and setup Google Workspace accounts (we have tutorials for that).

4. Email Warming: Manage the email warming process using Instantly to ensure optimal email performance.

5. Set up the campaigns: regarding the given sequences add them on tools like Instantlyand upload the given contact list

Requirements

• Prior experience with coldemail Lead Generation.
• Experience with email automation tools Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Google Sheet & data management practices and the ability to handle sensitive information securely: Know perfectly how to use a VLOOKUP for example.
• French is a big plus
