Tasks

Content Creation & Design:

• Develop visually appealing content for various digital platforms including LinkedIn email campaigns and company presentations.
• Create graphics infographics and visual aids that align with the companys brand guidelines.
• Assist in designing promotional materials brochures and social media posts.

Brand Voice & Messaging:

• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Assist in crafting and editing copy for social media posts blog articles and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content adheres to the companys professional tone and style.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and post content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with the audience on LinkedIn responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics providing insights for improvement.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
• Analyze data from social media platforms to understand audience preferences and optimize content accordingly.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the companys online presence.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in organizing marketing assets maintaining content calendars and coordinating project timelines.
• Provide support in managing marketing tools and software ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
