At JMK sourcing we provide professional and efficient support for startups scaleups and SMEs to help them grow their business. Our portfolio includes Customer Service Sales & Services and Data/Product entry. Our goal is to enable businesses for further growth by delivering excellent customer service strengthening customer relationships increasing revenue and providing comprehensive product details.
Tasks
1. Email Campaign weekly reporting: Ensure accurate lead marking and data reporting using Lemlist and Google Sheets.
2. Data Management:** Export enrich and manage contact lists from various platforms ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in Google Sheets.
3. Technical Setup: Configure domain and email settings including SPF DKIM and DMARC in GoDaddy and setup Google Workspace accounts (we have tutorials for that).
4. Email Warming: Manage the email warming process using Instantly to ensure optimal email performance.
5. Set up the campaigns: regarding the given sequences add them on tools like Instantlyand upload the given contact list
Requirements
- Prior experience with coldemail Lead Generation.
- Experience with email automation tools Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Google Sheet & data management practices and the ability to handle sensitive information securely: Know perfectly how to use a VLOOKUP for example.
- French is a big plus
