- Receive and process warranties for sold goods.
- Generate credit notes and maintain records of all creditors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact as a Country Assistant for North Actionsports Group Australia.
- Manage and process staff orders and B2B orders.
- Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with the Sales Team to facilitate seamless operations.
- Provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance teams accounts receivable process.
- Collaborate with the finance team as necessary and extend assistance as required.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor s degree in business management/administration or finance or a recent graduate.
- Preferably 12 years of experience in sales/sales administration and customer service
- A strong interest in learning is a must.
- Critical attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are required.
- Fluency in English and effective communication skills are essential.
- Excellent computer literacy is a must.
