Sales Administration Executive

• Receive and process warranties for sold goods.
  
• Generate credit notes and maintain records of all creditors.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact as a Country Assistant for North Actionsports Group Australia.
  
• Manage and process staff orders and B2B orders.
  
• Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with the Sales Team to facilitate seamless operations.
  
• Provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance teams accounts receivable process.
  
• Collaborate with the finance team as necessary and extend assistance as required.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor s degree in business management/administration or finance or a recent graduate.
  
• Preferably 12 years of experience in sales/sales administration and customer service
  
• A strong interest in learning is a must.
  
• Critical attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are required.
  
• Fluency in English and effective communication skills are essential.
  
• Excellent computer literacy is a must.
