Sales Executive Chinese Speaking

• Identify possible possibilities and ask the consumer to clarify their demands.
  
• Recognize client concerns and provide advice or a viable way to address them
  
• Create a technical solution and customer proposition.
  
• Negotiate with clients to get a contract and track the deals advancement
  
• Conducting routine visits to all current Chinese key account customers
  
• Establish strong relationships and foster customer intimacy with consumers.
  
• Identify new or supplementary demand and develop a solution to satisfy existing consumers inquiries or demands.
  
• Facilitate the resolution of consumer complaints and issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. quality commercial and delivery).
  
• Negotiate manage and renew contracts upon their expiration.
  
• Conduct a thorough examination of industrial areas and the EOM network and establish positive relationships with the Management Boards of Industrial Zones and EOM.
  
• Ensure that the target is met by coordinating related departments and taking responsibility for collection.
  
• Develop and maintain a market database in the dedicated region including customers competitors and endofmonth (EOM).
  
• Timely weekly visitation report
  
• Regularly update the market monitoring.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Economics Business Administration or related majors.
  
• At least 3 years of sales experience
  
• Proficiency in Chinese language (4 skills)
  
• Working experience in the industrial gas is an advantage.
