POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the market and achieving sales targets in assigned countries. This role involves developing and maintaining sales channels including local distributors agents and key hospitals. The candidate will implement brand marketing strategies and academic activities maintaining good relationships with local medical experts. The role also includes working closely with the academic team to promote products and technical advancements to hospitals doctors nurses and patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Development: Responsible for market expansion and achieving sales targets in assigned countries.
- Channel Management: Develop and maintain sales channels including local distributors agents and key hospitals.
- Brand and Academic Strategy: Implement brand marketing strategies and academic activities to maintain good relationships with local medical experts.
- Product Promotion: Work with the academic team to promote products and technical advancements to hospitals doctors nurses and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- More than 3 years of experience in the medical industry and channel sales experience.
- Experience in managing distributors and agents is preferred.
- Strong selfmotivation and goal orientation with a high tolerance for stress.
- Proficiency in English listening speaking reading and writing; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
