Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support company growth.
- Identify new business opportunities fostering relationships with potential clients while maintaining connections with existing customers.
- Manage key accounts negotiate contracts and ensure high customer satisfaction to build longterm partnerships.
- Conduct regular visits to ethnic and specialty markets to gather insights and discover new product opportunities.
- Monitor trends in ethnic retail markets to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure effective product placement and promotion in ethnic stores following specific merchandising guidelines.
- Represent the company at trade shows industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and expand professional networks.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in ethnic market food sales and business development.
- Proven experience working with ethnic grocery stores or specialty markets with strong cultural awareness.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities (e.g. Arabic Turkish Greek Albanian Croatian Bosnian Serbian Russian or Ukrainian) are highly desirable.
