We are looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to join MODIFIs business development and sales team in India and support MODIFI in its mission to change the world of international trade.
Your impact:
- We are looking for a passionate and resultsoriented individual.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Indian market through various channels such as customer meetings industry events calling email and relevant digital channels.
- You are a hunter who rolls up his / her sleeves and sniffs out opportunities taking cases through the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
- Build a strong direct sales funnel to make MODIFI the leader in Trade Finance for SMEs in India.
- Team up with global Sales & Business development teams in other countries to exploit crossselling opportunities (with our direct customers or the counterparts of customers).
- Be extremely results driven exceeding ambitious targets (financial customer satisfaction operational) and taking MODIFI to the next level.
- Partner with cross functional teams across Product Marketing Finance Legal and Risk to find solutions and close deals.
- Be the voice of the customer and engage with Product teams to drive product localization and improvements.
- Be a team player contributing towards broad company goals in a worldclass team with a performance and peopledriven culture.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience working in a high pressure sales environment. Background in Trade Finance and banking & financial services would be a major positive point.
- A hungry infectious personality: Were looking for someone determined to win and with the resourcefulness to achieve it. Someone with a positive attitude and a can do spirit.
- Experience working in a B2B environment..
- Having a network of exporters and channel partners.
- Fluent English
- Passion for small and mediumsized businesses international trade and development and how digital trade finance can create significant growth for such businesses
- Ability to influence Clevel executives as well as passionate owners of small and mediumsized businesses
- Proven ability to work with and influence crossfunctional teams and departments
- Critical thinking and strong decisionmaking abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fastpaced and everchanging dynamic environment
