Job Description
Location: Nicholasville KY
Salary: Ranging from 70000USD to 90000USD annual bonuses benefits
Work setup: Hybrid 75 Monday to Thursday (3040hrs a week)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and suggest solutions.
- Act as the main technical resource providing practical machining solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to create customized solutions.
- Provide technical input for accurate job estimates including materials and timelines.
- Work with the Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and align solutions with business goals.
- Improve quoting and production processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on CNC machining advancements and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in technical sales engineering or manufacturing preferably with CNC machining.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes especially CNC machining.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in quoting and estimating jobs.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and the Account Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
