Job Description

Business Development Executive B2B Sales

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for business growth Our client a forwardthinking provider of cuttingedge marketing technology is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team.

Location: Bristol (Officebased)
Salary:per year commission
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday Day Shift (No weekends)

About the Role:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with businesses across various industries helping them unlock growth through innovative marketing solutions. As a Business Development Executive youll connect with potential clients understand their needs and introduce them to tools that can drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients to present the clients unique marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients guiding them through the sales process
  • Work with a blend of provided leads and selfsourced contacts to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Effectively communicate the value of the clients technology to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions
  • Maintain all activities in the CRM system tracking outreach progress and conversions

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role ideally within a B2B environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a consultative approach to sales
  • A proactive and resilient attitude with a drive to meet targets and succeed
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
