Job Description
- Manage HR functions including recruitment onboarding compensation and benefits payroll training employee relations and policy implementation.
- Develop and implement HR programs for workforce planning performance management and employee relations recommending improvements for efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and hiring.
- Handle employee documentation conduct orientations and ensure accurate and uptodate records.
- Analyze and review compensation and benefits data negotiate vendor contracts and manage payroll processes.
- Plan and implement training programs based on company and employee needs.
- Maintain HR policies employee handbooks and compliance with Thai employment laws.
- Liaise with Head Office HR on various functions and maintain local HR files.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources (HR) Political Science or a related field.
- A minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
- Strong communication interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Familiar with IT industry is a plus.
