Recruitment Team Leader

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Recruitment Team:

• Supervise and mentor a team of sales recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Provide training guidance and performance feedback to recruitment team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Recruitment:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for sales positions ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates through various sourcing methods including job boards social media career fairs and networking events.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of toptier sales talent.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with sales department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Communicate recruitment status and updates to key stakeholders regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and streamline hiring.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is a plus but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on sales hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices tools and techniques.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
