Project Manager

• Lead and coordinate the entire project/product lifecycle from initial planning to final execution
  
• Collaborate with internal teams including design engineering manufacturing and quality assurance to develop project/product specifications and requirements
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project/product viability and potential obstacles
  
• Develop project/product schedules budgets and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and costeffective execution
  
• Monitor and track project/product progress identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from established plans
  
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders providing regular updates on project/product status milestones and deliverables
  
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decisionmaking and problemsolving throughout the project/product lifecycle
  
• Manage and mitigate project/product risks implementing contingency plans when necessary
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards regulations and best practices
  
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements address inquiries and provide technical support
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts leveraging lessons learned and implementing process enhancements
  
• Perform any other adhoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• Experience in the industry relevant to the company s field.
  
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
