Job Description

Our client is one of the rapidgrowing digital banking corporations who is looking for a solid Product Manager who had experience with Lending portfolio. The JD is as below:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the development scrum team to figure out and clarify business requirements.

  • Define the product and service vision and requirements in light of customer needs and business goals.

  • Responsible for driving project discovery and inception activities.

  • Define the minimum viable product (MVP) for product launch successive iteration and horizon mapping.

  • Lead agile delivery teams to organize backlog items contribute to user story writing guarantee the team comprehends the product backlog own the product roadmap as a representative of business stakeholders and plan sprints in collaboration with the scrum master.

  • Collaborate with UXD marketing analytics and research staff to discover customer personas and segments examine MVP and product scope and acquire a deeper understanding of customer needs motivations and behaviors to influence designs that add up to a favorable customer experience.

  • Regularly communicate with technical developers and programmers to learn about technical implications prioritize development and make decisions about technical direction.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g. product managers risk compliance legal finance) to understand business imperatives rules of engagement expectations analyze and minimize risks and decide on a strategic approach to product development.

  • Responsible for continual stakeholder involvement to make sure that all project scope decisions are comprehended and agreed and that all of their needs are addressed.

  • Manage regular maintenance and assistance issues to ensure that services demonstrate constant enhancement and continue to fulfill client needs.

  • Establish hypotheses to validate customer concerns and set clear learning objectives to enable proper tagging and analytics coverage to support product roadmap and prioritization decisions.

  • Encourage and collaborate with a scrum team every day to move user stories into production including attending and fully engaging in scrum ceremonies.

  • Continuously explore novel ideas and technology that can be incorporated into project delivery and effectively communicate with project stakeholders.

  • Proactively engaged in implementing ongoing enhancement activities for the scrum team.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all work outcomes generated by the scrum team are of high quality.

  • Continuously take initiatives in metric and effectiveness measurements for new products and enhancements.

  • Assist the team in assessing business requirements and encourage the team to take greater ownership of the business requirements.

  • Contribute your product and company knowledge to the community.



Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in IT Engineering Computer Science or any related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Product Owner.

  • Proven success in managing projects and dealing with ambiguous situations.

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner.

  • Experience working in the financial services industry

  • Experience working in products/projects relating to lending or payment is a plus

  • Experience liaising with business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver digital products & services.

  • Experienced in building best practices and innovative customer experiences and product development.

  • Ability to continuously with the latest digital trends.

  • Strong team player with outstanding influencing skills and commercial acumen.

Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or a related field 12y+ experience in banking credit. Over 10 years of management experience in the banking and finance industry, particularly in credit assessment/approval for FDI/FI/multinational customers. Understanding of complex financial statement analysis and accounting practices. Ability to synthesize and analyze information to make appropriate management recommendations for different types of FDI/FI customers. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal coordination. In-depth understanding of bank lending operations. Proficiency in bank's and relevant legal regulations related to credit. Basic understanding of the common business operations of various customers in the economy. Fluent in English. Decision-making.
