Job Description

The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition executive search operations and internal stakeholder management.
  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing and talent acquisition activities.
  • Support employee wellbeing & internal communications activities of company such as:

Write creative communication content and ensure it is clear and aligned with our business strategy.

Create idea and manage internal events.

Boost business connectivity and performance.

  • Support business development activities:

Building up database of prospects.

Research information about the market clients and industry.

Coordinate with responsible people from other divisions to collect information for weekly monthly report.

Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.

Input and update data ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business development activities.

  • Initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or closely related fields.
  • Handson experience in Microsoft Office Google Suites and other communication platforms is highly recommended.
  • Selfstarters who are resultsoriented resourceful analytical innovative intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change take initiative showcase curiosity and learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Fluent in both written and reading English.
  • Laptop is required.

Proficient in delegating tasks and effectively controlling work. Strong logical thinking, decisiveness, flexibility, and high sense of responsibility.
