Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday production activities ensuring adherence to production schedules

and quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate the work of production supervisors team leaders and

operators to achieve production targets.

Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency reduce costs and

minimize waste.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output quality metrics

and safety compliance.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering logistics and quality

assurance to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.

Lead initiatives for process improvements lean manufacturing and continuous training

of production staff.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working

environment.

Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of materials and supplies for

uninterrupted production.

Prepare and analyze production reports identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to support organizational

goals.

Minimum of 3 5 years proven experience in production management or a similar role

within manufacturing industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a

diverse team.

Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes quality control principles and lean

manufacturing techniques.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and other production management software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while maintaining

attention to detail.

Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact

confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
