Job Summary:Our client is a leading firm specializing in Consulting Financial Advisory and Real Estate.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO and ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing work calendar coordination for the CEO.
- Scheduling time management and keeping tabs on all CEO appointments.
- Researching analysis and production of PowerPoint presentation materials as needed.
- Drafting letters and management of (email or other) correspondence.
- Compiling data and preparing Excel reports for the CEO in an easytoread and understand format.
- Keeping track of deals and processing deal expense claims on behalf of the CEO for (client) business travels and assignments.
- Preparedness to attend business meetings with the CEO taking notes and following up on actionable items.
- Tracking and oversight for all projects executed by or on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing travel arrangements for the CEO from flight bookings to chauffeur accommodation and other logistics.
- Record keeping and contact database management for the CEO.
- Reviewing documents for the CEO with a finetooth comb ensuring zero grammatical or typographical errors.
- Managing the CEO s business contacts establishing and maintaining an effective network of contacts on the CEO s behalf screening tracking inquiries and ensuring attention to priority issues.
- Maintaining and protecting operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Other assignments as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: BA or B.Sc in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Exceptional written communication and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint computer applications and other work tools and a deep understanding of the job functions.
