Job Description
As an Assistant Pastry Chef you will support our Head Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of pastries and desserts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in pastry arts a keen eye for detail and a love for baking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of pastry recipes.
- Contribute creative ideas for new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a professional bakery or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of pastry techniques and baking methods.
