Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (oral and written) Strong communication skill
with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience
- Highly organized and with excellent multitasking skills
- Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment
- Bachelors/College/Law Degree
- Law Graduate is an advantage
Job Descriptions:
- Draftand Preparationofcorporatelegaldocumentslettersandcertificationsofthecompany reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
- Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer HR Vendor etc.) Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
- Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
- Processing of messengerial errands notary transmittal
- CorrespondencewithgovernmentagenciessuchasBIRSECDOLEBIDFA forreportorialrequirementsofthecompanies
- Compliancewith governmentregistrations(SECetc.)
