Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Structural QA/QC professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of structural components and materials.
Conducting inspections tests and assessments to identify any defects or deviations from project specifications will be a key part of the role.
Collaborating with project managers engineers and construction teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions will also be essential.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven work experience in structural QA/QC for 13 years.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and problemsolving abilities.
Relevant certifications or training in QA/QC processes would be an advantage.
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
